– Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and other beach accessories.
– Food, drinks, and any special dietary items.
– Personal hygiene items (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.).
Standard amenities typically include:
– Wi-Fi and cable TV.
– Fully-equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and cookware.
– Air conditioning/heating.
– Washer and dryer (most units).
– Outdoor space (balcony, patio, or deck).
– BBQ grill (if applicable).
– Beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, etc.) can be rented through Vitamin Sea Properties. Additionally, lifeguards offer rentals starting around Memorial Day and continuing through Labor Day, depending on demand and staff availability.
Please inquire in advance about the availability of ramps, elevators, or other accommodations, if needed.
Events or parties are not allowed
Our cancellation policy is typically as follows (please check the property listing for exact details):
– Free cancellation up to 30 days before your check-in date.
– After this period, cancellations are subject to a partial refund or no refund.

Most properties are either oceanfront or within walking distance of the beach. Specific access points will be provided with your check-in instructions.
– A cleaning fee is typically charged for each stay. The amount will be outlined in the booking details.
– Please note that this fee covers standard cleaning; guests are expected to tidy up the property before departure (e.g., washing dishes, taking out the trash).
– We encourage guests to report any issues immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
– If any damage occurs during your stay, please notify us immediately to avoid any misunderstandings. Accidental damage can sometimes be covered by damage protection plans, depending on the booking terms.
